Each department explains the output, work unit, inputs and proposed revision approach. Before accepting a task, we confirm its size, deadline and allowance use. Your office summary combines the selected departments into one brief.
One allowance per cycle: a monthly allowance is not a fresh allowance every week. Weekly payments divide the cost. When your package changes, the next week's work plan and remaining capacity are confirmed before you accept.
These definitions are proposed launch scopes. Unused allowance, rollover and cancellation rules are still to be finalized before payment activation.

Choose a starting scope
These preferences become part of your brief. Custom character artwork is scoped before build; this form does not generate a character.
A defined handover.
Agreed source code and deployment configuration, workflow documentation, administrator access, account ownership and training. Ownership of custom deliverables is defined in the contract; third-party models, software and licenses retain their own terms.
Usage, not a mandatory service retainer.
Budget for API consumption, hosting, domain renewal and any messaging, storage or other required third-party charges. We estimate them before build. Client-owned services are paid through your accounts; no Agenticcore maintenance subscription is required unless you choose one.
Support you can choose.
The proposal defines a post-handover defect-fix period for the agreed scope. Optional maintenance can cover monitoring and updates. New features, provider changes and work outside that period are quoted or covered by a chosen support plan. Software needs ongoing upkeep; this is not a lifetime operation guarantee.
Four milestone payments, tied to progress.
25% at agreed scope and kickoff → 25% after prototype approval → 25% after integration testing → 25% at acceptance and handover. These are proposed build milestones, not weekly installments. Any scope change needs a revised quote before work continues.

Include only what you needOne package. The delivery tools are on us.
Proposed package pricing includes Agenticcore-managed AI, standard production tools, coordination and agreed update-channel delivery within your allowance. You do not need separate AI API subscriptions for this managed work. Client-owned automation or special integrations are scoped before you commit.
Paid advertising spend is separate: you set and approve that budget. Any request outside the agreed package is quoted before work starts.
Four payments. Room to adapt.
Each monthly-style office package covers a 28-day service cycle, payable upfront or in four weekly payments. A $200 cycle is $50 per week; a $1,000 cycle is $250 per week. A 28-day cycle is not a calendar month.
Proposed flexibility: change your departments or level at the next weekly boundary. Completed work and the current week keep their agreed price; the new weekly scope and charge are shown before you confirm. Future-week changes are not a commitment to the original four-payment total. Final cancellation and billing terms will be agreed before paid launch.

Can I start without employees or AI experience?
Yes, the office is designed around plain-language requests. You provide the business facts, priorities and required approvals; Maya coordinates specialist work within your package. Your business still needs your decisions and any human expertise its activities require.
Does 24/7 mean every task finishes immediately?
The planned office will accept requests and provide status access around the clock. Approved automated workflows can continue while you are offline. Each task has an accepted deadline; specialist review, account permissions and actions awaiting your approval can affect completion.
What counts toward my allowance?
Each department lists its work unit in the builder. For example, publishing the same post on two channels counts as two placements. Larger documents, video rendering and integrations are scoped before acceptance. Revisions and turnaround are confirmed in your work plan.
Can I change my package every week?
The proposed model allows changes at the next weekly boundary. We first show the revised scope and weekly price. Work already completed and the current week retain their agreed terms. Cancellation, unused allowance and refund rules must be finalized before paid launch.
Do I need my own AI subscriptions or WhatsApp API?
For managed work, standard AI and delivery tools are included within your agreed package. You choose an available update channel. Connecting a customer-facing bot to your own number or business systems is a separate integration whose access and costs are agreed first. A company-owned office uses your own provider accounts and pays its running costs.
Will the office publish posts or email invoices without asking?
You agree the approval rules during onboarding. External actions require your approval unless you have explicitly authorized a defined recurring workflow. Reports distinguish drafts, scheduled work, confirmed actions and failures.
What can I do on this website today?
Meet the AI team, explore departments, configure either office route and download your starting brief. The assessment prepares a local brief. You can also sign in to the client workspace and explicitly save a request there. Payments, service activation and connected messaging are not active.
